We have concluded an order data processing agreement with Google and implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Instagram
On our pages, functions of the service Instagram are integrated. These functions are offered by Instagram Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA integrated. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the content of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking on the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator. Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that it is necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of a contract or legal relationship (inventory data). If personal data is processed, it will only be stored by us for as long as justified by the purpose of the data processing. We cannot predict the specific storage period, as, for example, the execution and fulfillment of a contract or legal relationship can take different lengths of time. Since subsequent claims may arise from a contract at a later date (e.g. in the event of defects), your data will be stored until all possible subsequent claims have become time-barred. 

We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user.


Ordering in our store

We collect your email address, name, first name and address when you order from us in the Caddyroamers Shop. If you provide an Instagram name, we also store and process it. No customer account is created.

We store this data and use it to fulfill your order.

The legal basis for the use and processing of this data is the fulfillment of our obligations arising from the contract we have with you (Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b) DSGVO).
 


Community member

When you create a profile with us as a community member, we collect your email address. When you create a user account, this data is stored. If you store further data in the profile, e.g. your Instagram name, we also store and process this. The creation of a customer account is mandatory for a profile in the community.

The legal basis for the use and processing of this data is the fulfillment of our obligations arising from the contract with you (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) DSGVO).


Data transfer upon conclusion of a contract for services and digital content
We transmit personal data to third parties only if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example, to the credit institution entrusted with payment processing.

Further transmission of data does not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.


Your rights
You can demand from us 

  • comprehensive information about your data stored by us and the purposes of processing your data,
  • the correction of incorrect or the completion of incomplete data,
  • the complete deletion of your personal data if their storage no longer serves any objective purpose or you have revoked your consent to data processing if there is no legal basis for the further storage of your data (e.g. the performance of a contract already concluded), 
  • the restriction of the processing of your data if the data is incorrect, the processing of your data would be unlawful, you need your data to assert legal claims or an objection on your part to the data processing is being examined and
  • to transfer your data to another person designated by you, insofar as this is technically feasible.

The aforementioned rights are only available to the person whose data is affected. In order to prevent abuse of the aforementioned rights, we reserve the right to request reliable proof of your identity.
