What payment methods are accepted in the Caddyroamers store?

In our store you can pay in advance (transfer to our bank account) as well as Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use the Paypal service for payment.

How much are the shipping costs?

In addition to the stated prices of the products, we charge flat shipping and packaging costs per order in the amount of € 1.00 to € 5.99 for delivery within Germany. The corresponding amount will be displayed in the shopping cart.
The amount of this flat rate depends on the respective product (e.g. sticker 1€) and the corresponding shipping method. We try to ship our products always cheap and climate friendly.

How is the order shipped?

Your order will be shipped by DHL or Deutsche Post.

How long are the delivery times?

For the processing of your order we need about 2-4 business days until we hand it over to the shipping service provider. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
How long it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping provider. As a rule, your order should arrive within 5-10 days.

The ordered products do not meet my expectations. How can I return an item?

That is of course a pity! In this case, you can make a revocation within 14 days after receipt of the product. You can find more information about the revocation here.

For a revocation, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products have not been used.
  • The products are in their undamaged original packaging. Packages that have been carefully opened will not be considered damaged.

As soon as we receive the goods, we will refund your money. However, you will have to pay the postage costs yourself. Depending on the payment method you choose, you will receive your refund within 2 to 5 business days.

My order or parts of my order are faulty or have been damaged during transport. What can I do?

Something like this is very annoying, but can always happen. Please send us an email to info@caddyroamers.de with a photo of the damage or error. We will check your case and decide how to proceed. In most cases we will replace your product with a new one.
